Review| RiRe Scalp

The tube is simple looking.
It has a soothe and decent smell.
The gel is transparent and feels kindly cooling when first applied.
The context consistency is light and does not feel sticky.

This product is not really a hype thing and I don't feel like it worked for me.
RM17 for per tub seems fine for just a testing.

Would I buy it again?
Nawhh..

Review + Neutrogena Beauty Squad | Deep Clean Hydrating Cleansing Oil to Foam

*These products were used at least 7 days for this review*

Neutrogena has been a well-known brand to be the "#1 Dermatologist Recommended skincare brand offers a wide range of skin and hair care products." Some of their popular items would be their sunscreen and makeup removers.

From some of their Deep Clean range, there were products attending solely for those with dry skin.
Some of which are their cleansing oil, blackhead daily scrub and foaming cleanser.

Now my real favourite here is their

Deep Clean Hydrating Cleansing Oil to Foam 142ml
(RSP: RM44.90)

Honestly, this one feels chunky while holding it.
It felt like some legit cool shheetz going on inside this aqua blue bottle.
The name honestly scared me a little because I've never had any good experiences with oil skin care products. They often cause me to have break outs.

Neutrogena said:
- Specially for dry skin
- It has Cucumber extract that helps hydrate and refresh your skin, leaving it soft, supple and healthy.
 - Dual-transformation process (transform from oil-gel-cream-soft foam) can be effective and gentle on skin and easily rinsed off, leaving no residue and helping skin feel clean and healthy
- Oil-gel contains Oleifera leaf extract to gently remove all traces of day makeup, dirt and oil in one wash

Here's the fun part:

Review time!

What I applied on my arm is a non-staining tint.
It's supposedly a 'healthier' choice for those who shouldn't be having too much chemicals on their face, such as pregnant ladies.

(The brand is from It's My. They didn't specify that their product is for pregnant ladies. The part where I mentioned above is from my knowledge on non-staining tint.)

Now I've squirt out a little bit on the right side of the makeup stain and rub it a little to let the oil absorb all those makeup chemicals.

The cleansing oil is surprisingly not oily at all.
I'm a bit confused to why they would want to call it 'oil' because it feels more like gel product to me.
The feeling isn't gooey or greasy, it feels just like any gel-type textured product.

Instead of washing it off, I decided to wipe it off with a cotton pad to show you how much it will remove while not washing away the makeup that I didn't intend to erase.

Afterwards, I've applied the cleansing oil across the rest of the makeup.
If you look closely, there's still a bit of stain there.
Now, solely because of this reason, I'll only use this product after wiping my face with proper makeup remover at least twice.

However, the remaining stain can also be cleaned away by cleansing with this product for the second time. This would often require the makeup to be weak enough in order to be cleansed away easily.

Also, the rinse-cleansing function of this product starts when you wet the applied-area with water.
When they said "Oil to Foam," the foam isn't going to be the type like foaming cleansers.
It's a very thin and soft kind of 'bubble foam.' Almost as if there isn't any foam at all.

Here's a close up.
I wouldn't call this foam but I really don't know what to call it.

Here's the end-result after washing off the cleansing oil and patted my arm dry with my towel.
Doesn't it look clean? :D

My opinion:
I honestly really like the product because it doesn't dry my skin up whenever I use it. Although I'm still have second thoughts with just using only this product to remove makeup, its still doing its job just fine when it comes to removing makeup to a certain level. I would say that this is stronger than those makeup cleanser from other brands (specifically Nivea's, that one is super drying even though the one I've tried is supposedly to be hydrating)

The texture of this product is surprisingly acceptable. Initially I thought that I would be disgusted by the texture of it because it was named as Cleansing Oil to Foam. But after using it for several days, I find it really similar to gel-type texture and there's no greasy feeling at all.

This bottle doesn't have a 'straw' within, so you might need to hold it up-side-down in order to get the product out onto your palms. Now, I believe that the product design team had thought about the difficulty and time-consuming on how it would be when there's only little product left in the bottle, so they've placed a divider at the bottom of the bottle. The divider pushes the product upwards along with the air pressure. This keeps the product to be at the upper half of the bottle as we use it, making it convenient for us to pump the content out with ease.

The packaging design though... it isn't so attractive but I can't really say much because most of Neutrogena's product packaging is really plain and simple. I guess you can say that they only focus on what their product can do instead of just making them look cute.

The pricing is actually quite decent, just like any other makeup product price range. However, I personally feel like I'll be using a lot of this. So I might be finishing the entire bottle within 2-3 months. It's also better to use as much as possible (with suitable portion) because its better to keep our skin free from makeup residue rather than damaging it.

Overall, good product, good results, happy skin 24/7!

Would I recommend you to buy it?
Yep! Totally :D

Foodie | Hanatama Sushi & Omurice

Honestly, I shouldn't have visited this shop...

I really wanna throw up
thinking about this restaurant...

especially when I see
their omurice.

The entire shop was empty by the time I was visiting

There is a self-service drink bar right next to the counter.

Anyway, I was going to put every photo that I have in this post but I decided not to.
Taking too much time to write this post is going to make me sick.
Let me explain why.

One Thursday, I was hungry.
I went into this shop because I wanted to eat sushi and holy cow, their prices are quite ok.
But because just eating sushi won't be enough so I decided to order Omurice as well.

Here's what the take-away looks like:

I was actually kinda excited to try it, okay.. but little did I know what happened next was horrifying to me.

So here's what the omurice looks like.
It looks okay, right?

The rice inside also quite okay, right?

Now here's the thing, when I eat it, I feel nauseous.
Even until now, I still feel that nauseous sensation in my throat.
Halfway eating it and I felt disgusted.

Next thing I ordered was the solo platter sushi.
The sushi is fine. It tastes ok. Nothing wrong.

Maybe a little bit not so fresh for the ebiko? It's not so crunchy heuheu
Whatevs. I ate it anyway (few hours after omurice)

Btw I'm very salty about the staff not telling me that there's such promotion going on:

Alright, now here's why I'm so against

going back into this restaurant:

Day 1:

So, after the meal, I felt uncomfortable somewhere below my rib cage.
It wasn't on the right side, but more slightly more towards the left side.

When the night came, I sent a text to my mom, indicating that my liver was really feeling weird and she told me to see a doctor immediately when tomorrow comes.
At first, I was like, yeah, maybe it will pass a while later.
But nooooooo. The next day I had to leave work and visited my friendly doctor.

Day 2:

He told me that he was suspecting a food poisoning or indigestion since there wasn't any symptoms of weird stones in any of my random organs. (We did the ultrasound and nope I'm not pregnant.)
He gave me pills like Acid, probiotics and some pills to get rid of gas.

During the night tho, I felt like s**t.
My chest was hurting so much I can't even sleep.
In the end, I had to put my finger into my tongue just to force my body to throw up everything that's still in my system. Guess what I saw? FOOD FROM HANATAMA WAS STILL IN MY STOMACH FOR TWO DAYS?! I was just so disgusted, I threw up even more.

Day 4:

Two days passed, the medicines didn't work and I had to visit another doctor again because my under-rib felt a whole lot painful than before. It was seriously painful to the point where even with makeup I was still looking pale af (from the looks of my lips).
This time, the doctor said I have gastric and gave me a jab in the butt along with some other medicine. I felt better after the jab but not immediately better, had to wait until the next day. During that night, I did the same thing, forcing myself to throw up into the toilet bowl. This doctor gave me the gastric liquid medicine but it was in yellow color (Not strong enough, according to the next doctor). His medicine didn't work either until another two days later I had to visit the third doctor.

Day 6:

This time though, the pain started when I was in the uni and it was starting to rain, which means traffic jam was everywhere. At first I thought the pain would go off after awhile BUT IT GETS WORSE. I was literally trying to suppress the pain by applying pressure to my tummy while trying to get home as soon as possible BUT THE TRAFFIC made me reach home 1 hour later !!!!!

STRUGGLE WAS REAL.

The third doctor told me that I already damaged the lining of my stomach, which is why I've been feeling the pain all the time. Funny thing tho, I've never had gastric before this, so whatever made it happen should be very triggering. He told me to do some "healing" thing for 7 days by eating another sets of pills and gave me the white colored gastric liquid medicine, which I had to admit that his medicine worked. I still feel slightly uncomfortable sometimes but I just need to eat something and it would go off.

For around two weeks, I was in pain.
I was in VAIN.
I never wanna experience this again.
Goddddddddddddddddddddddddddd.

If anyone has a weak stomach, don't go on an adventure here.
Unless you're curious about how it feels.
If that's the case then go ahead.

So yeah.
Here's my gastric story.
Does it relate to this restaurant? I don't know.
But the fact that their food stayed undigested in my system for 2 days made me really speechless.
I'm pretty sure it wasn't even supposed to do that.

Will I ever go back again?
Never.

Leave.

Me.

Alone.

Foodie | Bulgogi House Sri Petaling Dinner Buffet

너무너무 맛있어요!!!

I honestly haven't been enjoying a Korean buffet meal so much!
(I was also accompanied by pretty ladies so .. ehehhe)

For around Rm31 (inc. GST), we get to eat a very satisfying and filling meal in Sri Petaling.
Basically, everything here (besides ala carte) is refillable.

This is a Super Refill meal.
Ajjushi just told me that Happy Refill is available for dinner now! *update*

Left to right:
- Pancake
- BBQ chicken and pork
- Sliced pork (for steamboat)
- Steamed egg
- Mayonnaise salad
- Pickled onions
- Kimchi soup based steamboat with kimchi, onion, seaweed and tofu.
- Soybean paste and Gochujang paste
- Kimchi
- Spinach (?)
- Sweet cooked potato

I basically love everything but here are some of the things that I wanna mention:
1. Kimchi soup is not 'tasty' enough so you gotta add sauce paste yourself to adjust to the taste you like.
2. The BBQ chicken isn't so tasty as compared to BBQ pork
3. SWEET COOKED POTATO IS AMAZEBALLZ
4. PICKLED ONION IS PICKLED JUST RIGHT
5. PORK!!!!!!!!!
7. PANCAKE IS EXCELLENT!!!!!!
8. Everything is self-service

Oh, by the way, at the end of the meal you get to have a cup of ice cream too.
There are three flavours: Chocolate, Vanilla and Yam.
All flavours are tasty :3

____________________________________________________________________

*update*
Here are other things that can be refilled but not listed
- Ramen
- Udon
- Rice
- Other not all-time side dishes (e.g: edamame)

*update*
Price range + GST (Child/Adult):
Happy Refill: RM 17 / RM27
Super Refill: RM18 / RM32

*update*
Business Hours:
Tuesday - Sunday
12:00PM - 3:00PM
5:30PM - 10:30PM

________________________________________________________________
Will I go back again?
DEFINITELY YAS !!!!!!!
but only during lunch time cuz dinner-set portion is a lot for me to eat.

*new update at 9th April*

*Update: 1/1/2019
As I slowly find that the Sri Petaling branch is degrading gradually, I found myself a new preferred branch to go to. It's the Setia Alam branch! They still maintain their quality and I'm dying to go back for the third time within these 2 months.

Foodie | Sho Kushiage Kimchi Pork Rice

It was kinda like hitting the jackpot when I found out that there's a Japanese Restaurant in Sunway Pyramid that sells pork :DD

I know a couple of Japanese restaurants that sells pork but those are in MidValley.

The one I ordered is the Pork Kimchi Rice set at the price of around RM19 (inc. gst + serchar).
The photo below shows what is what:

Please ignore the wrong label for white rice HAHHAHAH

Everything that's supposed to be hot was served hot, like just-cooked hot.
The rice is warm and just nice, although it doesn't taste like sushi rice (wth zoelie)

Check out the gifs below and look at the steammmmm

Do you see the steammmm?

Anyway, the Kimchi Pork was good tho.
Although they used sliced pork meat instead, like the kind they use for steamboat, but it's still tastes good. The amount of meat is decent, like franchise-shop-decent. They put mushroom a lots of garlic into the dish as well, so if you're not a fan of those, it's better that you don't order this dish.

The flavour is just right.
There's no nose-drooling that happens if your meal is very spicy.
The meat is well cooked, the mushrooms are well cooked.
I'm suspecting ginger in the dish tho, or was it in the miso soup.. hmm

The miso soup is a bit less in taste as compared to other Japanese Restaurant
but it's not to the point where you will refuse to drink it.

The cabbage is fresh and crunchy too.
The green tea is just meh.

To eat the cabbage, you can use the salad dressing available on every table.
The down part is that you can't squeeze the bottle because its made out of glass.
Trying to pour it out is kind of a hard task too.
You might end up being a little too aggressive to it, which I try not to be.

There's also the Pork Chop Sauce available for their pork chop dishes.

I tried a little with the cabbage and it doesn't taste bad.
It's really not bad tho. I can't really describe the taste but it's the kind where you won't feel like throwing up after eating lots of it.

By the way, if you order some certain set meals, you can actually refill on these items:
- Rice
- Sliced cabbage
- Miso Soup
- Green tea (?)

Will I go back again?
Definitely.
But not so soon since it's a bit pricey.

Foodie | The Leaf Nutrition : Raw Honey Chicken Breast

The Leaf Nutrition lunchbox advertisement was on my Facebook once and I was hungry
at work so I decided to give it a try and see if it's worth the 15 bucks.

When I was looking through the menu, this was the only one that I feel like getting.
So, here it was:

Raw Honey Chicken Breast

P.s.: I actually ordered this in hopes that it tastes like Bite & Pull's teriyaki chicken.

The packing is lite and simple.
Plastic container with plastic utensils.
Didn't check the label if its made out of  sustainable material.

The lunchbox itself consist of chicken, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, eggs and ... rice?
They labelled it as brown rice on their website but it doesn't taste like rice.

The thing is, they are supposed to provide me BBQ sauce but they didn't.
So I didn't enjoy the entire meal.

The rice is very dry.
The chicken is very dry and doesn't have much flavour.
The broccoli is tasteless.
The cherry tomatoes are okay.

Eating this is almost like what I'd imagine clean soil would taste like.

Overall, not nice
even though healthy
but still not nice
ugh

10/10
not recommending
not repurchasing
not lovin it
