Creamy Texture with Semi-Matte Finish and Buildable Coverage
A formula that is blendable, moisturizing, creamy, and long-wearing formula. It blends effortlessly and smooths over the skin with a soft, semi-matte finish. Using an applicator that you desire (fingertips, brush or sponge puff) you can choose to wear it thin and sheer to even out the skin tone. You can also layer on for a better and pigmented coverage to hide blemishes for a flawless complexion.

Multi-layer Moisture Retention with Skin Enhancing Formula
This formula is also moisturizing in order to keep the skin feeling plump and hydrated while providing the complexion with a fresh and semi-matte finishing. It is also a long-wearing, all-day formula that doesn't oxidize.

Aquaxyl for Smooth and Moisturized Skin
It is extracted from birch sap (a.k.a. the queen of the forest) and used as a barrier to prevent moisture from evaporating from the skin, leaving the skin hydrated and comfortable even after a couple of hours. This formula also includes amino acids and minerals to moisturizes and improves skin health.

How to use

Step 1: Apply onto areas that need coverage like under the eyes, around the nose or anywhere with blemishes and gently blend with your fingers or a sponge.

Step 2: Highlight by applying a lighter shade on the high points of the face, and contour with a darker shade to carve out your features and define the face shape.

Step 3: Use the fine tip of the applicator to apply onto hard-to-reach areas like the corners of the eyes, lips and tiny blemishes.

You can use it on top of a layer of foundation.

You can also use it on bare skin or as a foundation itself.

Review

Colour: Good blending!
Texture: A little fluffier :o

This concealer resembles the one from The Saem which was a hit back in 2016-2017(?). The tubes are slightly longer and the texture is visibly different. The colours are a little brighter for each designated skin tone which is quite common in Korea but it blends well into the skin tone. It doesn't feel thick on the skin nor does it make it hard for the pores to breath.

I've used it as a concealer, a contour and even a highlighter to see how it works. While #1 Vanilla seems to be the lightest and the palest, it's required to be a little lighter in order to be obvious. The colour #2 Ginger worked well as my regular colour tone. The third colour Honey is quite an awkward colour for me but it works well as a light contour if I layer it with the last colour. Lastly, the colour #4 Mocha works well as a sheer contour, perfect for a lighter or natural makeup look.

So far, I have no issue with the concealer as it blends well with both a beauty blender or a brush. I personally would prefer if it is more liquidy than creamy but being 'creamy' is the main point of this concealer. On the other hand, it is still a little bit difficult to cover up the acne and scabs but this was easily solved by using the Skin Relief Spot Film Gel

Verdict

It's a good-enough concealer since the performance is pretty decent like most concealers out there with a similar price tag. Pretty affordable and it suits Southeast Asians the most, catering for skin tone #21 to #30. Although they could expand the colour tons a little to the darker side. A part of me hopes that they would do that for the foundation line, that is if they are going to create one.
